We Love Jumbo ARM Rates!

Love is in the air and we are loving the pricing and products available on Jumbo ARM loans.  This particular lender does take time to process a loan and that is why we do not use their product on purchases unless you have 75 days or more from contract to closing; however, for refinances, these are the best rates we have seen.  

Loan Amounts Up to $500,000, 60% Loan to Value or Less

5/1 ARM         3.875%

7/1 ARM         4.25%  

Loan Amounts Up to $850,000, 60% Loan to Value or Less

5/1 ARM         4.125%

7/1 ARM         4.625%  

Loan Amounts Over $850,000, Over 60% Loan to Value

5/1 ARM          4.125%

7/1 ARM          4.75%
