Ann Heinz has spent more than 20 years in the mortgage business, 18 of those with a large financial institution, where she was one of the top 10 producers. Seeing the need to offer customers a broader range of mortgage products, Ann launched Kensington Mortgage Group in 2005
|
along with partner Mo Robinson. They built the company upon three corporate commitments: to deliver loan documents to a borrower three days in advance of closing; to review the figures with the borrower prior to the closing; and to attend closings in person to present the documents.
Ann is a third generation Colorado native. Her interests include
attending her children’s plays, concerts and sporting events, as well as sharing in her husband’s business events.

Mo Robinson brings to the firm 22 years of experience in lending, including 20 years as a mortgage banker and top producer at one of the country’s leading banking institutions. Prior to becoming a loan originator, she had an extensive title insurance background, working as
|
a closer and branch manager at a national title company. She co-founded Kensington Mortgage Group with Ann Heinz in 2005.
A Colorado native, Mo lives in Washington Park with her husband. Her interests include interior design/decorating and taking care of her beloved pets. Mo is an active member of the National Humane Society. |

For more than 30 years, Rick Kunz has worked in real estate finance, commercial banking, and real estate sales and development, both in the Denver metro area and in numerous Colorado resort areas. |
| Married with three grown children, Rick attended the University of Colorado and served in the U. S. Navy. His hobbies include golf, skiing, mountain biking and ocean sailing. |

During 8 years in the mortgage industry, Kelly Lassen has performed many roles, including processing, closing, and originating loans. Her expertise includes FNMA, FHA, VA, builder loans, and construction loans.

Kelly is a Colorado native who resides in Denver. She graduated in 1997 from the University of Northern Colorado with a BA in Finance. She enjoys golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter.

Michell Cameron has 20 years experience in many facets of the mortgage business, including working as an underwriter, branch operations manager and senior loan processor.

| A Colorado native with two teenage children, Michell loves outdoor activities such as hiking, camping and walking with her husband and their black Labrador retriever. She serves as a troop leader for Senior Girl Scouts and enjoys attending the theater. |

Nicole Cole has worked in the mortgage business for 3 years, including experience processing construction loans for Chase Home Finance. She supports the daily operations of the firm, including marketing, special event planning, loan processing and office management.

A 2000 graduate of the Colorado State University with a degree in Exercise Sport Science, Nicole is Colorado native. Her interests include swimming, playing with her yellow Labrador retriever and beagle, and spending time with her husband, family and friends |
