Ann Heinz has spent more than 20 years in the mortgage business, 18 of those with a large financial institution, where she was one of the top 10 producers. Seeing the need to offer customers a broader range of
|
mortgage products, Ann launched Kensington Mortgage Group in 2005 along with partner Mo Robinson. They built the company upon three corporate commitments: to deliver loan documents to a borrower three days in advance of closing; to review the figures with the borrower prior to the closing; and to attend closings in person to present the documents.
Ann is a third generation Colorado native. Her interests include
attending her children’s plays, concerts and sporting events, as well as sharing in her husband’s business events.

Mo Robinson brings to the firm 22 years of experience in lending, including 20 years as a mortgage banker and top producer at one of the country’s leading banking institutions. Prior to becoming a loan
|
originator, she had an extensive title insurance background, working as a closer and branch manager at a national title company. She co-founded Kensington Mortgage Group with Ann Heinz in 2005.
A Colorado native, Mo lives in Washington Park with her husband. Her interests include interior design/decorating and taking care of her beloved pets. Mo is an active member of the National Humane Society.
